Order Entered May 4, 2000:
The April 7, 2000, opinion in this matter having been reviewed by the judges of this court pursuant to MCR 7.215(H)., a majority of the judges polled having determined that a special panel should not be convened to resolve any potential conflict with Bush v. Beemer, 224 Mich. App. 457; 569 N.W.2d 636 (1997), it is ordered that a special panel shall not be convened.
