The final sentence on the fifth page, which carries over to the sixth page, be amended to read: While at the time Wick may have believed she had been terminated, she certainly knew that she had never been "denied" her stock option and that her failure to have her stock in hand was not connected to her "dismissal," if that is what she thought occurred. 2.
