WHEREAS, the above-captioned action was reassigned from the Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan to the undersigned on September 14, 2000; and
WHEREAS, a review of the docket reveals a Suggestion of Bankruptcy filed on February 1, 2000, and no activity since that date; it is hereby
ORDERED, that counsel for the parties are directed to prepare, execute and file a Status Report by February 16, 2001, with a courtesy copy provided to the undersigned's chambers, which shall include a concise statement of the case and the status of any and all bankruptcy proceedings relevant thereto; and it is further
ORDERED, that counsel for the parties appear before the undersigned in Courtroom No. 444, 40 Foley Square, New York, N.Y. 10007, for a status conference on February 28, 2001 at 2:30 p.m.
