The Court, having determined that the issues to be addressed at the March 8, 2001 Conference of Attorneys either have already been resolved by the Court or can be resolved without the need for the previously scheduled conference, hereby vacates the March 8, 2001 Conference of Attorneys.
The status conferences set for March 7, 2001 at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the chambers of Magistrate Judge Shields, Room 256 United States Courthouse, will take place as scheduled. Parties and counsel are reminded that only counsel who were specifically requested to attend will be permitted to attend these meetings.
Additionally, the schedule for the Discovery Conference originally set for March 7, 2001, at 11:30 a.m. is hereby reset to March 8, 2001, at 10 a.m. The Discovery Conference will be held in the chambers of Magistrate Judge Shields, Room 256 United States Courthouse, and is not open to the public.
