Upon the motion of Fulbright Jaworski L.L.P. for an order to withdraw as counsel for Defendants Syndata Technologies, Inc. and Mr. David Romanoff, and there being no opposition interposed thereto; it is
ORDERED, that the motion is granted; it is further ORDERED, that if the corporate defendant in this case wishes to continue to defend this action, the corporate defendant shall appear by counsel, which counsel shall file promptly a notice of appearance and shall appear at the pretrial conference scheduled for May 23, 2001 at 3:30 p.m. in Courtroom No. 444, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007; it is further
ORDERED, that if the individual defendant in this case wishes to continue to defend this action, the individual defendant shall file promptly a notice of appearance by counsel or pro se and shall appear at the pretrial conference scheduled for May 23, 2001 at 3:30 p.m. in Courtroom No. 444, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007; and it is further ORDERED, that Fulbright and Jaworski LLP shall serve copies of this Order on the corporate and individual defendants and shall file proof of such service within five (5) days of the date hereof.
