This cause came on for consideration without oral argument on the Joint Motion to Extend Time for Filing Stipulation of Settlement (Doc. 77, filed April 2, 2001) until April 13, 2001 and the Agreed Motion to Extend Time for Filing Stipulation of Settlement (Doc. 78, filed April 16, 2001) until April 18, 2001. Noting that a stipulation of settlement has been filed on April 18, 2001, it is ORDERED and ADJUDICATED as follows:
1. The Agreed Motion to Extend Time for Filing Stipulation of Settlement (Doc. 78, filed April 16, 2001) until April 18, 2001 is GRANTED.
2. The Joint Motion to Extend Time for Filing Stipulation of Settlement (Doc. 77, filed April 2, 2001) is DENIED as moot.
