ORDER HUGH LAWSON, District Judge The trial of this case, presently scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2008 is hereby continued until further order of this Court. The Pre-Trial Conference, presently scheduled to begin at 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2008, is also continued until further order. The Court continues this case on the motion of the defendant regarding the need for additional time to prepare for trial.
