THIS DAY THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the joint ore tenus motion of Plaintiffs, Shermeker Pollard and Trellvion Gaines, a Minor, By and Through his Natural Mother, Legal Guardian, and Next Friend, Shermeker Pollard, and Defendant, Martin Floor Covering, for an order of dismissal without prejudice of the claims against Defendant, Martin Floor Covering, and the Court having heard and considered same, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that said Motion is well taken and should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant, Martin Floor Covering, is hereby dismissed from this action, without prejudice, and with each party bearing its own costs.
