Whereas, due to technical problems that caused the computer system to crash, Certain Plaintiffs' Joint Opposition To Certain Defendants' Joint Memorandum of Law In Support of Summary Judgment On Plaintiffs' All-Vitamins Conspiracy Claims ("Plaintiffs' Joint Opposition") could not be finalized prior to the 4:00 p.m. deadline on September 9, 2002, for filing under seal;
Whereas, the sealed version of Plaintiffs' Joint Opposition will be served on all parties on Verilaw prior to midnight on September 9, 2002
It is hereby stipulated and agreed by the undersigned that both the public and "Under Seal" versions of Plaintiffs' Joint Opposition may be filed on September 10, 2002.
