ORDER
This 1st day of February, 2002, upon consideration of the briefs of the parties and review of the record below, it appears to the Court that the existence and provisions of the parties' Support and Property Division Agreement of April 25, 1996 were placed before the Family Court in Respondent-below Appellee's, Bobbie A. DiDomenicis, Notice of Written Objections to Commissioner's Order of March 15, 2001. Because the Agreement was fairly presented to the trial court, we affirm on the basis of and for the reasons assigned by the Family Court in its well-reasoned decisions dated June 26, 2001 and July 17, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court is AFFIRMED.
