CAROL L. ALDERMAN, Plaintiff, v. INMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. and CAROLINA COUPON CLEARING, INC., Defendants.

ORDER AND JUDGMENT

BEATY, United States District Judge.

For the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion, filed contemporaneously herewith, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [Document #14] is GRANTED IN PART to the extent that Plaintiff's First Claim for Relief under the ADEA and Plaintiff's Second Claim for Relief under North Carolina State law are hereby DISMISSED and DENIED IN PART to the extent that Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment in their favor on their counterclaim for conversion is DENIED. It is further ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that because the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Defendants' counterclaim, Defendants' counterclaim for conversion is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Defendants' right to pursue its claim for conversion in the appropriate state court with jurisdiction over the matter.
