Schnelling, as Creditor Trustee ("Creditor Trustee"), by and through his counsel Carol E. Jendrzey of the law firm of Cox Smith Incorporated and Jeanette McPherson. Having found no opposition to the Application, the Court hereby holds that the Application should be granted. It is therefore
