Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claim of discriminatory denial of his 1999 application for an available vacancy pursuant to 42 U.S. § 2000e et seq. Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is also GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claim of wrongful termination and as to Plaintiff's claim for punitive damages.
