Department II of the Court (Justice Sanders did not sit and Justice Madsen sat in his place) considered this matter at its May 1, 2002, Motion Calendar, and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
IT IS ORDERED:
That the Petition for Review is granted. The case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for further consideration in light of State v. Huffmeyer, 145 Wn.2d 52, 32 P.3d 996.
