LACY H. THORNBURG, United States District Court Judge.
THIS MATTER came on for hearing before the undersigned on May 1, 2002, for the Respondent to show cause why she should not comply with an Internal Revenue Service Summonses served September 4, 2001. The Respondent, proceeding pro se, appeared at the hearing as well as counsel for the Government.
Counsel for the Government argued why the Court should enforce the summons against Ms. Diltz; the Respondent was afforded the opportunity to address the Court and explain why she had failed to comply with the IRS summons and to show cause why the Court should not enforce her compliance therewith. The Court finds the Respondent's arguments to be without merit and will order her to comply with the summons forthwith.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Respondent Pamela J. Diltz fully comply with the summonses duly served upon her, and with each and every requirement thereof, and produce the records, papers, and other data, and give testimony (if requested to do so) as required by those summonses within 15 days from entry of this Order.
