UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. JOHN PHILLIP WALKER LINDH.

ORDER

T.S. ELLIS, III United States District Judge

In an Order dated April 17, 2002, the Court ordered, inter alia, that counsel for defendant and the government deliver to the Clerk's Office at the time of the filing of any pleadings, briefs, or memoranda (not filed ex parte, in camera, or under seal), 50 extra copies of such pleadings, briefs, or memoranda for distribution to interested members of the public and the press. See United States v. Lindh, Criminal No. 02-37-A (E.D. Va. April 17, 2002) (order). It has come to the Court's attention that 20 copies of such pleadings, briefs, and memoranda would satisfy demands from the public and the press.

Accordingly,

It is hereby ORDERED that the Court's Order dated April 17, 2002, is MODIFIED insofar as counsel for defendant and the government are DIRECTED to deliver to the Clerk's Office at the time of the filing of any pleadings, briefs, or memoranda (not filed ex parte, in camera, or under seal), 20 copies of such pleadings, briefs, or memoranda for distribution to interested members of the public and the press.

The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to all counsel of record.
