ROBINSON, United States District Judge This matter comes before the Court pursuant to Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider Court's Order Denying Plaintiff's Motion to Remand and Granting Van Keppel's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 28). The Court held a hearing on the matter on June 3, 2002. At the hearing, the Court made an oral ruling denying the motion to reconsider. The Court's findings of fact and conclusions of law were read into the record. For the reasons stated on the record, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider Court's Order Denying Plaintiff's Motion to Remand and Granting Van Keppel's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 28) is DENIED.
