TERRELL HODGES, Chairman Before the Panel is a motion, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, brought by plaintiffs in the District of Delaware action for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings of the nine actions listed on the attached Schedule A in the Eastern District of Wisconsin or the District of Delaware. The Panel considered this matter at its hearing session in Washington, D.C., on May 30, 2002. The Panel has now been notified that on June 7, 2002, the Honorable Sue L. Robinson granted a motion transferring venue of the District of Delaware action to the Eastern District of Wisconsin, thus depriving this litigation of its multidistrict character. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion of plaintiffs for transfer under 28 U.S.C. § 1407 is DEEMED MOOT.
