In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Burton, Nos. 1-99-3503, 1-99-3796 cons. (July 23, 2002). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of this court's opinion in People v. Pollock, 202 Ill. 2d 189 (2002), to determine if a different result is warranted.
