THIS MATTER having come before the court upon the Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for counsel to submit their closing trial memorandums, the Court being advised of the circumstances, FINDS the motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for counsel to submit their closing trial memorandums is extended upon to and including August 5, 2002.
