In re: Shook Fletcher Insulation Co., Debtor.

ORDER

BENJAMIN COHEN, United States Bankruptcy Judge

The Court received telephone calls from Richard Carmody, the attorney for the debtor; and Eric Ray, the attorney for Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, advising the Court of a settlement agreement. In order to finalize the agreement, the parties requested that an extension be given to Travelers Casualty and Surety Company to tile its objection to the disclosure statement.

Based on the agreement of the parties, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the deadline for objections to the disclosure statement is extended for Travelers Casualty and Surety Company from August 22, 2002, at 4:00 p.m. to either 1) the day the Court enters an order granting a compromise between the debtor and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, or 2) two business days after the Court enters an order denying a compromise between the debtor and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company.
