Upon the above-captioned debtors' continued Emergency Motion to Reject Certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired leases of Non-Residential Real Property Pursuant to Bankruptcy Code Section 365(a) and Bankruptcy Rules 6006, 2002 and 3003 [IL Dkt. No. 66] (the "Motion"); sufficient notice of the Motion having been given; and it appearing that good cause exists to grant the relief requested in the Motion; it is hereby
ORDERED that the Motion be, and it hereby is, GRANTED with respect to the post-petition non-residential real property lease identified on Schedule A (the "Lease") attached hereto; and it is further
ORDERED that rejection of the Lease shall be effective as of May 1, 2002; and it is further
ORDERED that and the Motion is withdrawn with respect to the prepetition non-residential real property leases identified on Schedule B and the executory contracts identified on Schedule C attached hereto; and it is further
ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to any matters, claims, fights or disputes arising from or related to the implementation of this Order.
