ORDER AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT BY TRUSTEE OF BETTER HOMES INSURANCE OF GUAM, INC. AS REALTOR TO MANAGE AND SELL ESTATE PROPERTY

This matter came before the Court on the ex parte application of ROBERT J. STEFFY, Trustee of the Estate of GREEN GLOBE (GUAM) CORP. dba GREEN GLOBE SHIPPING AGENCY dba GREEN GLOBE TRADING AND SUPPLY, requesting authority from the court to employ Better Homes Insurance of Guam realty firm ("BHI Realty") to serve as realtor to manage, rent, market and sell real property of the Estate, requesting that BRI Realty be authorized to incur such expenses as are deemed necessary and proper in connection with the performance of its duties as realtor for the Trustee and the Estate, and requesting that the Trustee be authorized to pay Bill Realty a real estate commission of 10% of the gross monthly rent and 6% of the gross sale price of the property, with such commission payable from the Bankruptcy Estate as set forth in the Trustee's Application, and subject to approval of the Court. The Court finds that no notice of the Trustee's Application need be given. The Court's having considered the Application of the Trustee, and the records, pleadings, and documents on file herein, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Trustee is authorized to employ BHI Realty to render professional real estate services, that Bill Realty is authorized to incur such expenses as are deemed necessary and proper in connection with the performance of its duties as realtor for the Trustee and the Estate, that the Trustee be authorized to pay BHI Realty a real estate commission of 10% of the gross monthly rent and 6% of the gross sales price of the property with such commission payable from the Bankruptcy Estate as set forth in the Trustee's Application, and subject to approval of the Court.
