In accordance with the memorandum opinion and order signed by the court this same day,
The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES that plaintiff, Carey McClure, recover nothing against defendant, General Motors Corporation, and that all claims and causes of action asserted by plaintiff against defendant in the above-captioned action be, and are hereby, dismissed with prejudice.
The court further ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES that defendant shall have and recover from plaintiff costs of court incurred by it.
