STATE OF WASHINGTON, Respondent, v. PETER SHANNON DOWNEY, Appellant.

PER CURIAM.

Peter Downey appeals from the trial court's denial of his petitions to remit or discharge legal financial obligations that were imposed as a condition of his 1986 conviction for second degree kidnapping.

The State correctly concedes that the trial court lost jurisdiction to enforce Downey's financial obligations in King County Cause No. 85-1-03750-9 on January 16, 1997, ten years after his release from confinement. See former RCW 9.94A.145(4). Downey originally requested a certificate of discharge but has withdrawn that request.

We accept the State's concession, reverse the trial court's decision, and remand for entry of an order consistent with the State's concession.
