CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION the Committee's Motion to Alter or Amend he Final Order (I) Authorizing Debtors in Possession to (A) Enter Into Postpetition Financing Agreement and Obtain Postpetition Financing Pursuant to Sections 105, 361, 362, and 364 of the Bankruptcy Code and (B) Utilize Cash Collateral Pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code and (II) Providing Adequate Protection and Granting Liens, Security Interests and Superpriority Claims (the "Motion"), the Committee's Supplement to the Motion, and the Committee's Second Supplement to the Motion (collectively, the "Reconsideration Motions"), and after review of the Reconsideration Motions, the Lender Group's Response in Opposition to the Reconsideration Motions and arguments made by counsel at the hearing held on February 26, 2003 (the "Hearing") the Court made oral findings of fact and conclusions of law on the record. Based upon those findings of fact and conclusions of law stated at the Hearing, it is hereby,
ORDERED, that the Motion is denied.
