WILLIAM WHITE and JANE WHITE, Plaintiffs, v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, Defendant

ORDER

H. BRENT McKNIGHT, United States Magistrate Judge

THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the United States of America's motion to dismiss [doc. 8], and the motion to dismiss subsequently filed by the Plaintiffs. [doc. 9.] It appears from both of these motions that the Plaintiffs have not yet exhausted their administrative remedies and that the case should therefore be dismissed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the above-entitled action be dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED
