IT IS ORDERED that the Cross-claim filed by Defendants JOHN DAVIS and JOHN DAVIS CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Utah corporation, against Defendants LON ARNELL and ARNELL'S HOUSE PLANS, INC., a Utah corporation, be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice.
