On March 26, 2003, the judges of this Court approved an amendment to Local Rule 204.2(A). The text of the amendment appears in the March 28, 2003 Certification entered by Hon. Jay A. Garcia Gregory, Chairperson of the Local Rules Committee, the original of which attached to this Order.
In keeping with this determination, the Clerk of the Court published the proposed amendment for public comment in the Notice from the Clerk No. 03-07. (Docket No. 1). As per the Notice, the public comment period was set to expire on May 2, 2003, and the effective date for the proposed amendment thereto was set to become effective on May 5, 2003, absent recall on account of public comment.
One comment has been received and will be discussed among the judges of this Court.
WHEREFORE, in view of the above, the Court hereby recalls the proposed amendment, as published by the Clerk on April 7, 2003, on account of said comment.
