DEATH SENTENCE AS TO IN 00-07-2243:
Sadiki Garden, in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware as enacted by the General Assembly, it is the sentence of the Court that you shall be kept in the custody of the Department of Correction until such time as you shall be injected intravenously with a substance or substances in a lethal quantity sufficient to cause death until you are dead. The execution of this sentence and the determination of the terms and conditions thereof is suspended until completion of final review by the Supreme Court of Delaware.
