IT IS ORDERED that the Superior Court Rules of Appellate Procedure — Civil be amended on an emergency basis, pursuant to Rule 28(G), Rules of the Supreme Court, by striking all current rules and substituting the rules set forth in the attachment hereto, effective as of June 1, 2003.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a comment period shall follow. Any comments on the amended rules shall be submitted on or before August 1, 2003.
