The parties having resolved the Omnibus Objections Of Creditor Trustee To Certain Employee Claims (Set Eleven) ("Objection") with respect to the claim of John Zajak ("Claimant"), and good cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Objection is sustained as set forth herein and the claims of Claimant are allowed as follows:
1. Claim num 2393 shall be allowed as a general unsecured claim in the total amount of $53,060.38;
2. Claim number 2394 shall be allowed as a general unsecured claim in the total amount of $2,395.73;
3. Claim number 2395 shall be allowed as a priority claim in the total amount of $1,761.54 and a general unsecured claim in the total amount $3,060.38; and
4. The Pre-Trial Conference scheduled for May 29, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. and the Trial scheduled for June 13, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. are hereby vacated.
