This Court having stayed all proceedings in the trial on confirmation of the competing plans of reorganization filed herein until June 13, 2003, pursuant to orders dared March 11, 2003 and April 23, 2003 (the "Stay Orders"), and having scheduled a status conference herein for June 16, 2003 at 1:31 p.m.,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The status conference previously scheduled for June 16, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. hereby continued to June 20, 2003 at 1:30 p.m.; and
2. The Stay Orders shall remain in full force and effect through June 20, 2003.
No later than June 9, 2003, counsel for Debtor shall serve a copy of this Order on all parties who were served with the March 11 Order.
