JOHN WALTER, District Judge
A trial on Plaintiff Moe Nasr's and Plaintiff-in-Intervention Ben Floyd's claims, and Counterclaimants Carlsberg Defendants' Counterclaims, was held before the Court on February 18-25, 2003. Moe Nasr, Ben Floyd and the Carlsberg Defendants were represented by counsel. Counterdefendant G. Wayne Reeder appeared pro se. For all the reasons set forth in the Court's findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Order filed on June 9, 2003.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that judgment is entered for Defendants on all claims brought by Plaintiff and Plaintiff-in-Intervention, and all of the relief requested by Plaintiffs and Plaintiff-in-Intervention is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that judgment is entered for Counterdefendants on all claims brought by Counterclaimants, and all of the relief requested by Counterclaimants is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all documents previously recorded by G. Wayne Reeder, the George Business Trust or any other Reeder entity against any property owned by Defendants or Counterclaimants, including but not limited to the negative pledge agreements listed on Exhibit A attached to this Judgment; are void and unenforceable and are hereby released and expunged from the public records.
