THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Defendant, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company's Motion For Summary Judgment (DE 13). For the reasons expressed in this Court's Order granting said Motion, entered separately, and pursuant to Rule 58, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Final Judgment be and the same is hereby ENTERED in favor of Defendant, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and against Plaintiff, Nancy Parness, upon the Complaint filed herein.
