Although the defendants did not seek to have the district court's partial summary judgment designated as immediately appealable pursuant to La. Code Civ.Proc. art. 1915(B), they will have an adequate opportunity to appeal the partial summary judgment after the case is finally decided in the district court. See La. Code Civ.Proc. art. 1915(B)(2).
