NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, INC., Defendants ORDER OF REMAND WILLIAM ACKER, Senior District Judge In accordance with the accompanying memorandum opinion, the motion of plaintiffs, Andrea Lewis and Trish Zruna, on behalf of themselves and as representatives of a putative class of similarly situated individuals, to remand the above-entitled action to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Bessemer Division, State of Alabama, from which it was removed, is GRANTED, upon the finding that this court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, the action is hereby REMANDED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447 (c). The Clerk is DIRECTED to send to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County a certified copy of this order, a certified copy of the docket entries, and copies of all pleadings and orders filed in this court since removal. The parties shall bear their own respective costs in this court.
