GEORGE JOSEPH CRANE v. TRANS UNION, LLC

ORDER

STEWART DALZELL, District Judge

AND NOW, this 16th day of September, 2003, upon consideration of defendant's motion for summary judgment (docket entry # 12), plaintiff's response thereto, defendant's reply, and plaintiff's undocketed sur-reply, defendant's sur-sur-reply, and plaintiff's notice of supplemental authority, and in accordance with the accompanying memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that:

Although our Order of April 22, 2003 directed the Clerk to docket Exhibit A to plaintiff's motion to file a sur-reply as plaintiff's sur-reply, the Clerk appears to have been unable to comply with that Order because plaintiff's counsel never filed his motion (or the accompanying sur-reply) with the Clerk. We now attach the courtesy copy of plaintiff's sur-reply as Exhibit A to this Order.

1. The Clerk shall DOCKET Exhibit A to this Order as plaintiff's sur-reply; and

2. The motion is DENIED.
