Plaintiff's motion to remand is GRANTED with respect to plaintiff's workers' compensation claim, and DENIED with respect to all of plaintiff's other claims. Plaintiff's motion to stay proceedings (doc. no. 9) is DENIED as moot. It is ordered that plaintiff's workers' compensation claim be remanded to the Circuit Court of Morgan County, Alabama, from which it was removed.
