This matter having been opened by the Court to correct an error in an Order of September 5, 2003 which granted preliminary approval to certain settlement agreements dated March 19, 2003 and May 6, 2003, and it appearing that Paragraph 11 of said Order requiring service of objections to the proposed settlement and other relief upon attorneys for settling defendants should be corrected to identify the superceding counsel for Rallye Motors, Inc., and good cause having been shown,
It is on this 3rd day of October 2003,
ORDERED as follows:
A. Paragraph 11 of the Order of September 5, 2003 is amended to provide that any objections to the proposed settlement, as more specifically provided in Paragraph 11, be served upon the following counsel for Rallye Motors, Inc.:
B. In all other respects, the Order of September 5, 2003 remains unchanged
