For the reasons stated in the foregoing Memorandum Opinion, IT IS this 7th day of November, 2003, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED that:
1. Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike (paper no. 34) BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED;
2. The motion of Defendant Human Genome Sciences, Inc. for Summary Judgment (paper no. 25) BE, and the same hereby IS, DENIED;
3. A telephone scheduling conference will be held on November 21, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., and chambers will initiate the call to counsel; and
4. The clerk is directed to transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties.
