This cause coming to be heard on the motion of KBC Bank, N.V. for Relief From the Automatic Stay to Exercise Set-off, is hereby ordered that:
1. Discovery shall be noticed so as to be completed by January 19, 2004;
2. The parties shall exchange witness and exhibit lists on or before January 26, 2004;
3. Motions in limine or objections to the admission of exhibits shall be filed on or before January 30, 2004;
4. The Court will rule on any such motions on February 6, 2004, at 9:30 a.m.;
5. Any listed exhibits to which there is no objection will be admitted into evidence at the outset of the hearing;
6. The hearing in this matter shall commence on February 6, 2004, at 9:30 a.m.
