O'CONNOR; KENT BELL; and BETH BOWEN, Plaintiffs, on behalf of themsel v. s and others similarly situated, ORDER WAYNE ALLEY, Senior District Judge This matter comes before the Court on "Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration of Order Granting Defendant Stafford's Motion for Stay Pending Appeal or Alternatively to Modify Its Impact on Plaintiff's Rights." Defendant responded in opposition to the motion. The Court has considered the parties' submissions and finds as follows. On April 16, 2004, the Court entered an Order granting Defendant's request for a stay. In response to Defendant's motion Plaintiffs noted their objections, which the Court took into consideration in rendering the April 16, 2004 decision. In the instant application Plaintiffs present no arguments from which the Court concludes that its prior decision to impose a stay was in error. Accordingly, the instant motion is hereby DENIED. DONE AND ORDERED.
