JOSEPH C. BREMONT, Petitioner, -against- SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, Respondent

ORDER

LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge

On March 25, 2004, the Pro Se Office received a document, dated March 18, 2004, captioned in SEC v. Bremont, 96 Civ. 8771, entitled Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, whereby Mr. Bremont contended that his continued incarceration violates the Due Process Clause and deprives him of a right to a speedy trial on a Florida federal indictment.

By order dated April 13, 2004 and docketed in 96 Civ. 8771, the Court denied the petition.

The Clerk subsequently reversed the order of the names in the caption, assigned the above docket number to the petition, and opened a new civil file.

The April 13, 2004 fully disposed of the petition and, in consequence, this proceeding. The Clerk therefore shall close the case.

SO ORDERED.
