On this day, the Court considered the Disbursing Agent's Motion to Disallow Claims Assumed by Non-Debtor Purchaser Reliable Contracting Group, Inc. (Docket #3809) (the "Motion"). The Court, after reviewing the Motion, Reliable Contracting Group, Inc.'s Objection (Docket #4051), QSL's Objection (Docket #3991) and the Disbursing Agent's General Response (Docket #4923), considering the arguments of counsel and considering the affidavit of Todd Matherne, finds that the Motion has been properly served pursuant to the Federal and Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and that the Motion is well taken and should be granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED, that the Motion is GRANTED, and all claims on the attached and incorporated Exhibit "B" to the Response are disallowed in their entirety. It is further
ORDERED that the hearing on all claims listed on the attached and incorporated Exhibit "C" to the Response is continued.
