Having determined that habeas corpus relief is not authorized, this case is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 29 Fla. L. Weekly S105 (Fla. Mar. 11, 2004), as revised by 29 Fla. L. Weekly S413 (Fla. July 15, 2004). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
