DAVID BRAMLETTE, District Judge
THIS MATTER came before the Court on the joint ore tenus motion of Plaintiffs and Defendant Viacom Inc. to dismiss plaintiffs' claims against Viacom Inc. with prejudice. After being fully advised in the premises, and Plaintiffs and Defendants having reached agreement that the claims against Viacom should be dismissed with prejudice and that a Final Judgment consistent with the Court's July 8, 2004 Memorandum Opinion should be entered, the Court finds that the motion is well-taken and should be granted, with each party to bear his/her/its own costs.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the plaintiffs' claims against Viacom Inc. are hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear his/her/its own costs, and a Final Judgment consistent with the Court's July 8, 2004 Memorandum Opinion will be entered.
SO ORDERED.
