ORDER JUAN PEREZ-GIMENEZ, District Judge After careful review of the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Camille Velez-Rive ("RR"), the relevant case law, and the record of this case, this Court hereby APPROVES AND ADOPTS the RR. Whereby the Motions to Dismiss are GRANTED insofar as plaintiff's claims under Title VII against co-defendants Venacio Lopez ("Lopez"), Eduardo Escalera ("Escalera") and Juan Carlos Padron ("Padron") fail due to lack of individual liability under Title VII. Further, co-defendants Lopez and Escalera's Motion to dismiss claims under Puerto Rico Laws 80, 100, 17 and 69 and under Articles 1802 and 1803 of the Puerto Rico Civil Code is GRANTED. Co-defendant Padron's request for dismissal for failure to state a claim under Title VII and Puerto Rico laws is DENIED, and this Court will exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims against Padron. Judgment will be entered accordingly. MOOT.
