In accordance with the Decision On Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part, Counts I, III and IV of the Complaint of Roberds, Inc. simultaneously entered, the Debtor is granted judgment in the amount of $372,531.56 together with interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from September 1, 2000 to the date of this judgment, together with the cost of this proceeding; and thereafter, the judgment shall bear interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 until paid in full.
