DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28
The judgment of divorce nisi, dated May 23, 2002, shall be modified by striking therefrom in the last sentence of paragraph 9(a) the language "the surplus shall be equally divided between the parties" and inserting in place thereof the language "the surplus shall become the sole property of the husband," and also by striking from paragraph (c) the language "the sum of one hundred twelve thousand ($112,000) dollars" and inserting in place thereof the language "the sum of one hundred and four thousand ($104,000) thousand dollars." As so modified, the judgment and the order denying the motion to alter or amend the judgment are affirmed.
